A laughing Cow?

The Chinese almanac suggests today is a great day to take a course or learn something, so here goes. It is a Yin Fire day and when seen in a horoscope, this element generally indicates a dry sense of humour. Whereas the opposite polarity, namely Yang Fire, can indicate an artistic or sporty person, depending on what other elements accompany it. Speaking of which, the Ox escorts today's Yin Fire, making it a Fire Ox day.

As Yin is generally associated with females and a lady Ox is a Cow, it doesn’t take too much imagination to see how we derived today's title.

The elemental relationship between the Fire and Ox is seen as creativity and intelligence and is why the Fire Ox is almost always associated with learning something. I could add that this weekend we will be starting a new professional feng shui consultants training course where you could learn loads! In fact, in a little over a year’s time you could be writing something like this yourself, as well as helping countless customers enhance their quality of life. If you would like to attend or know someone that would, full details are available from the link above.

Along with learning, one of the great pleasures in life, the “book of nature” also suggests visiting friends, travelling, getting engaged or married, having an astrology reading, buying or making clothes, emigrating, opening a business and trading, refurbishing a home or office, laying foundations, fixing a roof, buying or setting direction for your bed or oven, or setting up a tombstone as successful activities today.

To see how your own Chinese zodiac sign fares, please see our dedicated Fire Ox web page. We will return tomorrow on an Earth Tiger day. Until then, try to enjoy every moment of NOW.
