Take action in Rat race cycle

Wet Monkey misses muddle for shampoo and set!
This has to be one of the oddest titles since writing this blog several years ago. However, it doesn’t actually matter as confusion rules the day and any title will do. Consequently, the book of nature suggests quiet preparation as today’s theme and recommends having a haircut, sweeping up or fixing cracks in walls and floors as the best course of action.
Muddles occur due to this being a Water Monkey day in a Water Dragon year and with no middle member of this water element group, communication breaks down. Interestingly the water element also represents travel and this may be affected too. It may therefore be prudent to allow extra time for travelling and remember our blog should you see any break downs.
The missing member of the group is the Rat which connects the beginning part of Monkey with the end bit of Dragon. People with Rat in their horoscope should remain unscathed and may even have a memorable time today. To discover whether this is you, try our free Chinese horoscope. If you have anything other than a Rat sign, get your friends to have a go and let those who do clarify!
We can all have a memorable day tomorrow though as it is the best day of the weekend, but to see how you will be affected today, see our dedicated Water Monkey page. Due to workload we will be back on Tuesday.
Until then enjoy every moment of NOW!

Luck returns National Treasure on Horse power?
Today's Metal Horse, when viewed in isolation is probably the most powerful of the five types of Chinese Horses in the zodiac. If this is your sign - and you can find out with our free Chinese horoscope - you can benefit from water and wood elements. This can be interpreted as kindness and communication.
In the spirit of both, we’ll tell you how to “be lucky” and make the most of today from Chinese secrets translated from the book of nature; now that’s my idea of a national treasure. It recommends suitable activities as meditation, asking for blessings, visiting friends, having a haircut, travelling, getting engaged or married, exchanging gifts, having an astrology reading, buying or making clothes, emigrating, opening a business and trading, refurbishing a home or office, laying foundations, fixing a roof, buying or setting a direction for your bed or attending to burial duties or services.
Of course there are those who believe in making their own luck and having just returned from a business trip to Hong Kong, we can see that it most definitely includes feng shui. In fact, feng shui can enable most people to turn their homes or offices into so called “luck factories”. One of our feng shui consultations or those from our recommended consultants usually inspires and empowers clients to achieve success in all they do. Now, that’s definitely a way of improving results, as well as reducing stress in our lives.
To see how your personal horoscope sign will be affected, please see our dedicated Metal Horse web page and our mostly daily recommendations will continue tomorrow on a Metal Sheep day.
Until then enjoy every moment of NOW!

Hide the hound from a Gaggle of Dragons!
Today is a Wood Dragon day, in a Wood Dragon month of a Water Dragon year, wow that’s a lot of Dragons. Search the internet for a term that relates to a group of them and you find the great and mundane such as weyr, thunder, a wing of dragons to flight, or a clutch of dragons. It seems no one has a definite answer and in this vein, I thought “Gaggle” sounded as good as any other.
Especially so as “gaggle” normally refers to geese, who due to their protective influence, could be considered as farmyard versions of these legendary beasts. In some cases they have completely replaced the Dog in security measures, and that fits too, as a Dragons arch rival is the Dog. With several Dragons aligned today; Dogs had better keep a low profile. They need to be especially careful of damaging their shoulder or chest and may see changes at home, work, family or even whilst travelling or visiting. This depends on where the Dog is found in your chart which you can discover from our free Chinese horoscope. Once found follow the links on the page to see what changes you can expect.
For all else the Chinese almanac recommends, honouring ancestors, meditation, having a haircut, fixing cracks on walls and paths. It advises against opening a business or laying foundations.
In the west its also Friday the 13th considered as unlucky by many in the west. Although, this was only unlucky for Knights Templar in the year 1307 who had their Preceptory’s raided by armed forces. However, the Chinese almanac actually agrees that today is unlucky as it is a “Ghost” day in the lunar mansions, hence honouring ancestors and quite reflection. It should be considered as a day of preparation.
On the subject of preparation, we are teaching this weekend so our blog would normally return on Wednesday. However, as we have several international business projects to attend to, we will return in May.

Water Rabbit in the Well
Today's Water Rabbit also falls on a “Well” day from the 28 lunar mansions or positions of the moon. It is said to be good for learning and Water Rabbit is probably the most creative of the five different Rabbit types in Chinese astrology.
According to the book of nature or Chinese almanac it’s also a good day for honouring ancestors or meditation, buying or making clothes, buying or setting direction for your bed or oven, filing cracks and redecorating or setting up a tombstone.
It is also a Closed day, so its traditionally good for giving up bad habits.
To see how your own Chinese zodiac sign will fare today, see our dedicated Water Rabbit page and we will return tomorrow on a Wood Dragon day.
Until we return, enjoy every moment of NOW!

Find the lucky Rabbits foot to avoid confusion
Today is actually a Water Tiger day in a Dragon month and year. This may not mean much to you but in Chinese astrology Tiger and Dragon are the beginning and end of a special combination. However, when unconnected like today they can bring confusion and possible anger. The Rabbit is needed to bridge the gap and bring great success and kindness instead of conflict.
We all shared the Rabbit hour, but that was between 05:00 – 07:00 hours. The next best solution is to find someone with a Rabbit in their horoscope as they should be able to help. You can easily find out who has this zodiac sign with our free Chinese horoscope just enter your birth details and discover all the signs you have. We all have up to four different ones, that maybe something you didn’t know?
Speaking of which, today is a perfect time for learning by taking a course, also visiting friends, getting engaged or married, having an astrology reading, having a haircut, buying or making clothes, seeing a doctor or choosing a treatment, emigrating, opening a business and trading, refurbishing a home or office, laying foundations, buying or setting direction for an oven, or buying land. It’s not recommend to have much to do with water, except drinking and bathing, definitely not opening a water course or drilling a well.
To see how your own Chinese zodiac sign will fare today, see our dedicated Water Tiger page and we will return tomorrow on a Water Rabbit day.
Until we return, enjoy every moment of NOW!

Cash Cow collects Coin whilst Catching Chicken of the C!
A major talent of those born on a Metal Ox day is that they can be highly prosperous or their spouses can be very lucky with money, especially between the ages of 30 – 46 years. Hence, my reference to “Cash Cow” in today's title. Is this you? You can use our free Chinese horoscope to see if you or your partner has a “monied moo” too!
The remaining title tasks come from the Chinese almanac or book of nature which lists today’s best or most favourable activities. Naturally these include collecting debts and fishing. I almost wrote this as “catching Choona” but decided to ease back into our return by referring to Tuna as the US fish and seafood brand - Chicken of the Sea. “C” was much more in keeping with our captions consecutive collectivity. This doesn’t mean that tomorrow’s title will have mostly D’s though!
Returning to today’s best pursuits which include meditation, buying or making clothes, refurbishing a room or hunting. It advises against making wine, preserves or sauces.
To see how your own Chinese zodiac sign will fare today, see our dedicated Metal Ox page and we will return tomorrow on a Water Tiger day.
Until then, enjoy every moment of NOW!
