Cottontail collects carats in annual celebration

That’s not a title you come across every day, so let’s explain the first part. Cottontail is another name for….. Rabbit and carats are used to define the quality of gold, which is of course, a Metal. So today must be a Metal Rabbit day. As this happens to be the same energy as the year, we can celebrate this pairing or collection accordingly.

The Chinese almanac recommends today should begin by taking a course or at least a lesson, so I thought I would begin the blog in the same way. It further suggests sharing the celebrations by visiting friends, having a haircut, travelling, getting engaged or married, exchanging gifts, having an astrology reading, emigrating, opening a business and trading, refurbishing a home or office, moving earth, fixing a roof, hunting, or setting up a tombstone.

It seems the celebration can continue for the next few days, although you should take it easy on Sunday. To see how your own sign is affected today see our dedicated Metal Rabbit web page and we will return next Tuesday as Mondays are manic.

Until then, enjoy NOW!
