Today's title is a self-explanatory Chinese proverb, which seemed appropriate as both components in today’s Fire Snake are of the same fire element and harmonious in themselves.
This theme also fits the Chinese almanac which suggests
keeping everything on an “even keel” by smoothing cracks in walls and pathways.
As I prefer to leave building work to the professionals, perhaps, this could be
taken metaphorically and mean to tidy up loose ends? Anything for an easy life,
speaking of which the almanac advises against having a haircut today, so don’t
say we didn’t warn you and remember to keep the family peace. Pehaps, that should be piece?
