It’s interesting to note that on the 20th, we started an eighteen day period that celebrates the wonders of nature. In Chinese philosophy, this time is known as the “Earth King arrives” and signifies the strongest period of the earth element. In five element terms, it is the benchmark on which all others elements are measured and in itself, represents stability.
These are heartening attributes as coincidentally,
yesterday’s Royal Prince was born on an Earth day. He is actually third in line
to the British throne, potentially making him a real life Earth King. In analysing his Chinese
astrology horoscope, he will have great self-expression, stability and confidence,
together with a sense of honour and order
that is desperately needed in a leader. His favourable element will be metal
and in his position, is best achieved by ruling and management, perhaps taking
an active interest in politics.
Today, the Royal Prince should be smiling as it is indeed a
metal day. To be precise (another metal trait), it is a Metal Tiger day and according
to the Feng Shui almanac, an auspicious House day and very lucky.
Recommended activities include visiting friends, taking a
course, having a haircut, travelling,
getting engaged, buying or making clothes, emigrating, opening
a business and trading, making wine or fermenting, buying or
setting direction for your bed, or setting up a tombstone.
The Metal Tiger is potentially the wealthiest of the five
different tigers in Chinese astrology. As well as forming a group with Rabbit
and Dragon, it also connects to the Horse and Dog and all of these are well
supported today.
The Tiger is the centre of attention, the Horse is likely to
feel extremely lively and can be the recipient of good advice, whilst Dogs are
recognised for their hard work. Monkey signs will probably be among the most
stressed, but the Feng Shui cure of wearing their relaxing colours of black and
dark blue, or by being near or in water will help reduce the pressure. As I
gaze through my window at the perpetual downpour currently falling over the UK,
that doesn’t seem difficult to achieve.
See our dedicated Metal Tiger Chinese
horoscope for how your own sign will fare.
We should return tomorrow, commitments permitting. Until then,
enjoy every moment of NOW!
