Sharper than a serpent's tooth?

Although our title is a line from Shakespeare’s King Lear, it does sum up today's main points perfectly. Namely, it’s a Metal Snake day and although teeth are associated with the metal element, it’s also a “Broken” day in the Jian Chu (12 palace system). It’s not just Broken, its smashed, as this Snake day also clashes with the Pig, our monthly zodiac sign. Is this a case of “two wrongs don't make a right”? Not necessarily, if you have pain similar to that mentioned in our title, it’s a perfect day to find the proper treatment for your ills, not just dentistry.

Fixing what is broken is most definitely  the order of the day and the Chinese almanac further suggests refurbishment, especially filling cracks and smoothing paths in and around our homes.

If Metal Snake is in the day pillar of your Chinese horoscope, your body can “write cheques that your mind doesn’t want to cash”. Although, this creates confusion, it is easily balanced with the earth element. On the other hand, you tend to thrive under pressure and your emotions spur you onwards. You can also find good support from intimate friends. An analytical mind and an eye for detail help to build your reputation. Famous celebrities include George W. Bush, Angelina Jolie (day), Bono, Mel B, Naomi Campbell, Chow Yun Fat, Steven Gerrard, Enrique Iglesias, Olga Korbut, Bill Paxton, John C Reilly, Gabriela Sabatini, Brooke Shields and Stevie Wonder.

As we have some major projects to finish, as well as teaching some advanced Feng Shui classes, we will return on November 27th - a Water Dragon day.
Until then, enjoy moment of NOW!
